Virtual or in-person instruction:

Class 1: Introduction to Ayurveda

 Learn the foundational principles of Ayurveda (five elements), meditation, and pranayama. Identify your primary mind-body dosha: Vata, Pitta, Kapha.

*Meditation and Pranayama techniques practiced in each session*

Class 2: Ayurvedic Nutrition

Learn how to optimize digestion and select the most nourishing foods to reduce symptoms of their dosha type.

Class 3: Emotional Freedom

Learn the nature of emotions and how to regulate them as the key to physical and mental health. Learn in-depth techniques of conscious communication and the biological steps of emotional release to transform relationships and experience more joy. 

Class 4: Inner Pharmacy

Learn how to strengthen the body’s own inner healing processes using sensory practices to balance doshas.

Class 5: Ayurvedic Daily Routines

The final class will focus on an optimal Ayurvedic daily routine based on the rhythms of nature, seasonal routines, detoxification, and restful sleep.
